This machine is made from the former semi-automatic aerosol filling machine. It assembles the liquid filling, gas-filling and seal on the one table. The liquid filling head, sealing head and gas-filling head are in a line, installed on the one holder, which changes the before working position location. When fill, push the cans from left to right, take out the right can when it has finished. It needs only one worker to step on the pedal valve once, which can finish the 3 functions at the same time. You can also carry out the one action by operating the button on the control panel.
Sealing:
When there are bottles passed, the valves will be put into the bottle manually. Under the the platform, the bottle with valve will move to the sealing head. It adopts outer grasping type or pressing into cans type sealing. The sealing head is specially designed according to valve. When sealing the bottle, first step press valve to positionalize it, then sealing claw will seal the bottle. The airproof circle inside the valve will tightly linked to the bottle, so it is beautiful without leakage.
Charging:
Already sealed bottles need to charge air into them. Air will be charged through valve under high pressure. We adopt 3 main parts to charge air to meet the output. There are specialized detectors under charging heads. Normally the charging head is closed to guarantee no leakage. When there are bottles under the charging heads, the valves will open the charging heads and begin to charge air, so when there are no bottles under the charging heads, the charging heads will not charge air into the bottle. It can avoid the demerit of air charging without bottles under the charging heads.
The working principle of charging machine is as follows. Pressure increase pump transform the mixture of liquid and gas into liquid form, then go to complementary pump for storage. When charging work starts, the liquid will absorbed from complementary pump to quantity fix jar, then piston of the quantity fix jar fixes quantity to make sure the precision of the charging task. Quantity fix jar adopts 316L stainless steel, which is anti-corruption with long duration and precise quantity fixing.
You should change platform and gas quantity adjustment when produce different specs. There are scales on quantity fix jar and filling part. You can change the quantity by screw the hand wheel to a proper position.
The machine is controlled by gas, which is safe and explosion-proof.
