Semi automatic spray can filling sealing machine
Bottle will be conveyed to plate , then the bottle will move to filling head, the filling head has been installed detector, which can fulfill automatic counting.
There are two filling nozzles to meet high capacity. It Adopts piston pump tee joint structure. Using cylinder to fix quantity, and filling under the pressure, exact filling, and high speed, using SUS304L volumetric injection pump; it is economic utility, low plant cover, the machine is widely applied to liquid packing in the market of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical ,foodstuff, cosmetic etc, meet to the requirement of GMP.
When there are bottles passed, the valves will be put into the bottle manually. Under the the platform, the bottle with valve will move to the sealing head. It adopts outer grasping type or pressing into cans type sealing. The sealing head is specially designed according to valve. When sealing the bottle, first step press valve to positionalize it, then sealing claw will seal the bottle. The airproof circle inside the valve will tightly linked to the bottle, so it is beautiful without leakage.
