Pneumatic mixing motor
The machine is with pneumatic stirring paddle design, whihc makes it to be more safer and more energy-saving. The mixing speed is about 1440rpm, which is high-speed stirring to fully mix perfume raw materials.
The inner wall of the tank spirals the refrigeration pipeline to enhance the freezing effect and enhance the precipitation of impurities. In addition, it is equipped with a three-blade stirring paddle. The stirring speed can reach 1440rpm to fully mix perfume. The material of the pipe and the stirring paddle are made from stainless steel 316.
The machine is made with convenient button design, which is easy to operate. It is composed of simple and clear button functions-refrigeration, mixing, temperature control, pressure gauge, etc.
The machine adopts dual stage filter and frame/plate filter to enhance perfume purification through two filter systems. We are equipped with a replaceable filter membrane free of charge, which can be replaced at a later stage.
