This semi-automatic vacuum perfume filling machine is designed for high-purity and high-precision perfume filling. It uses vacuum negative pressure technology to prevent perfume from contacting the air, effectively preventing volatilization and oxidation, and controlling the filling volume at the same interface to ensure stable filling quality. The equipment is easy to operate and suitable for small and medium-scale production and laboratory scenarios. It is compatible with bottles of different specifications and can flexibly adjust the filling volume.
This machine controls the filling volume by controlling the foot switch. The advantage is that there are almost no vulnerable parts. The disadvantage is that the foot switch must be stepped on all the time when filling.
Operation process:
1. Preparation stage: Place the perfume bottles to be filled neatly on the positioning fixture, adjust the fixture to fit the bottle size; inject the perfume raw materials into the liquid storage tank through the hopper to ensure sealing.
2. Vacuum treatment: Set the vacuum pressure (recommended 0.4 to 0.6MPa) to ensure that the air in the filling pipeline and container is emptied to reduce the generation of bubbles.
3. Filling operation: manually press the start button, and the equipment will accurately suck the perfume into the filling head through negative pressure; according to the preset capacity (adjustable from 5 to 1000 ml), control the filling time or stroke to complete the filling of a single bottle.
4. Finishing work: after filling, turn off the vacuum pump and filling valve, clean the residual liquid, and regularly check the sealing and vacuum degree of the pipeline.
