This 20L vacuum emulsifying machine will be used in small capacity products or testing products.The working volume is 20L,however 5-20L per time is no problem based on bottom homogenizer,the standard is the material have to cover the bottom homogenizer,or the homogenizer will be destroyed.As the speed of homogenizer can be 0-2880r/min,so it will be made much power inside the machine,then it have to stop in every 5-10 minutes,this is protection for the homogenizer.
