This crimping machine is controlled by pneumatic and used for glass bottles that has aluminum caps.
The principle of crimping machine is put the caps inside mold,open foot pedal switch,after closing the caps ,the cylinder can be back to its state.
Generally applicable to the diameter of the cap is 12-22mm.But the cap diammeter of this customer is only 6mm.After confirming with the engineer, it was finally decided to customize the mold for it.
