What machines do you need for your perfume production line?
Before you begin selecting the machine you need, let's first understand the perfume production process.
The industrial production of perfume typically includes the following core steps:
Raw material processing → Blending and mixing → Freeze filtration → Aging → Filling → Capping → Packaging
⭐If you already have some production experience and want to upgrade your production line or replace some of the machines, you can check the below line.
The machine pictured includes a perfume freezer, which combines perfume stirring, freezing, and filtering functions. It's an excellent choice for improving the clarity and quality of your perfume. After freezing, the perfume can be stored for a period of time before proceeding with the filling and packaging process.
On the filling and packaging line, you can choose the four-head perfume filling machine shown in the picture above (10 heads, single-head and double-head options available). It accommodates bottles of different sizes and filling volumes. Both the height and filling volume are adjustable. The crimping and collaring are also required for most perfume bottle capping.
⭐If you simply want to start a small perfume production line, you can choose the option shown below.
Since this is a new business and your budget may be limited, we recommend using a simple perfume mixing tank. It helps you mix perfumes. Of course, if your perfume requires filtering, you can also link a separate filtering machine for that (which we can provide). After mixing, you can use a small filling and capping machine.
A pipe cutting machine is optional. It is not necessary for every customer. It is mainly used to cut off excess length of pipe for perfume spray pumps.
