Details
The top mixing motor is high quality. It controls the mixing paddle to mix the product evenly. The mixing speed can be adjusted from 0 to 63rpm.
The mixing paddles is made with frame shape. It can mix the product completely. The paddle shape can be customized according to the requirement of the customers based on different products. With polish inside of the tank, all of the paddle and tank inside are made from 316L, which meets the GPM standard.
The bottom homogenizing motor is high quality. The homogenizer has the function of high shearing. The side hole connect with outer circulation pipe, control by ball valve. And the homogenizer on the bottom of the pot can high shear the material into small molecule, which makes the product to be more delicate.
The control panel is make with button control, which is easy to operate. The staffs with normal training can control the machine. It can also be customized into touch screen control panel according to your need.

1.The blending tank adopts full stainless steel material, especially in contact with the material layer, adopt 316L stainless steel to meet the requirements of GMP pharmaceutical level.
2.The mixing blade is sturdy box type impeller design. The stirring intensity is big, durable, impeller outer ring with scraping plate edge.

4.The stirring pot flip design facilitate feeding and cleaning the pot body inside.
