Liquid automatic filling capping line
We designed and customized this filling line for our clients. It can also be connected to a labeling machine or a flow packing machine.
As you see above photos, In the capping machine part, we added an inner plugs feeder. It is designed for bottles with inner caps. it will feed the inner plug and press it on the bottles. you don't need to arrange a worker to operate it. we also can add a outer caps feeder here. Then you only need one worker to operate whole line. It is full automatic filling line.

Upgraded Filling Head, NO Leaking and Spilling!
Addressing the foaming tendency of liquid products (such as air fresheners, perfumes, and fragrances), we've adopted a lifting cylinder design to control the filling nozzle, reducing air bubbles during filling.
Anti-Drip Design: The filling nozzle features a "lift-then-stop" anti-drip structure, combined with bottle-following filling technology, ensuring no residual liquid drips during bottle changes, keeping the bottle mouth dry and laying the foundation for a tight seal during subsequent capping.
No Bottle, No Filling: A photoelectric sensing system accurately identifies the bottle, initiating filling only when it's detected in place, eliminating material waste.
Intelligent Capping, Flexible Torque Control
Capping, as the final crucial step in liquid packaging, directly affects product sealing. The capping machine on this production line utilizes magnetic torque/servo cap gripping technology:
Cap Feeding: An automatic lifting cap feeder, combined with a pneumatic conveyor track, ensures 100% correct cap orientation, preventing cap jamming.
Cap-gripping and screw-sealing: The capping head uses wear-resistant rubber or a magnetic structure, providing stable torque (ensuring a tight seal) and automatically slipping under torque overload to prevent cap cracking or bottle mouth damage.
High adaptability: By quickly changing the capping rollers or adjusting parameters, it can easily handle various specifications such as tamper-evident caps, pressure caps, and pump head caps.
