Based on customer batch production volume, material viscosity, and workshop dimensions, we will complete the entire plant's workflow planning.
Design a closed-loop pipeline transportation solution to prevent post-emulsification material exposure and contamination.
2. Core Equipment Customization
High-shear vacuum emulsification unit (316L stainless steel, CIP online cleaning, GMP compliant)
Fully automatic filling machine (±0.5% accuracy, no-bottle-no-fill, anti-drip nozzles)
Automatic capping, aluminum foil sealing, labeling, and 3D film packaging lines
3. Integrated Line Control
Central PLC control system, one-button linkage between emulsification, filling, and packaging.
Automatic speed matching adjustment to prevent "waiting for materials" or "bottle blockage" between upstream and downstream sections.
4. Delivery and After-sales Service
Provide 3D layout diagrams, operation manuals, and English technical documents.
Remote commissioning + video guidance for installation; our team can travel overseas for on-site delivery.
