Homogenization: After the materials are mixed and stirred, they are conveyed down to the homogenizer below the pot body, and undergo the process of strong shearing, impact, turbulence, etc. between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. Defoaming: Because the emulsification is in a straight empty state, the bubbles generated during the processing of the processing department can be removed in time, which greatly improves the quality of the material.
Discharge: Since the emulsified lid is automatically lifted, the discharging mode of the emulsified pot can be the tilting emulsification tank, or the bottom valve pipe can be used for discharging.
